內(nèi)容概要

　　《中國語言學(xué)季刊》為紀(jì)念李方桂先生中國語言學(xué)研究學(xué)會(huì)和香港科技大學(xué)中國語言學(xué)研究中心共同選編，內(nèi)容豐富多彩，語言優(yōu)美。《中國語言學(xué)集刊（第4卷第2期）》采用中英文對(duì)照，繁體。本冊為第4卷第2期，主要有論文和附錄這兩個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容。

版權(quán)頁：插圖：We shall now turn to this time honored verb 'to have' in Chinese, focusing on thearchaic period. While the most common usage of 有 in the past 3000 odd years is toexpress the notion of possession and existence, we encounter some unusual usage of thisverb in the earliest extant documents of Chinese. With a new approach that integrates thestudy of grammar in the perspectives of time and spacecombining examination ofdocuments since the earliest antiquity with the array of modern dialects in synchronicand diaehronic perspectives, we hope to throw some light on the evolution of thefunctions of  in a systematic schema.We shall begin with two major problems: the graphic origin of and theinterpretation of the unusual usage of in the archaic period.
