內(nèi)容概要

本書（全新版）根據(jù)成人高等教育的最新教學(xué)大綱與考綱修訂而成。全書選用了24篇不同題材和文體的原版短文作為12個(gè)單元中的Text A與B。Text A均配有難句注釋、日常對(duì)話、詞語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)、語(yǔ)法知識(shí)以及多種形式的綜合練習(xí)（包括問題簡(jiǎn)答、完形填空、句子變換、詞語(yǔ)替換、漢英互譯、閱讀理解和實(shí)用寫作等等）。Text B的內(nèi)容與Text A的題材基本呼應(yīng)，其后一般只設(shè)難句注釋與問題簡(jiǎn)答，以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力和綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的能力，亦可供教學(xué)選用。    另外，編者還在每6課后設(shè)計(jì)了綜合復(fù)習(xí)試題，可供教師考查和學(xué)生自測(cè)之用。書末另附總詞匯表，以便于讀者參閱。
