前言

自我國提出大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育以來,高職教育已取得了前所未有的成就,占據(jù)了中國高等教育的半壁江山。特別是2006年教育部頒布了《關(guān)于全面提高高等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的若干意見》,指出高職教育是高等教育的一種“類型”以來,高職教育的發(fā)展更是一片欣欣向榮。通過示范性院校建設(shè)項(xiàng)目和精品課程項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng)和實(shí)施,高職教育日益彰顯其作為高等教育的一種“類型”的本質(zhì)屬性和特征。高技能人才培養(yǎng)模式也正由傳統(tǒng)封閉的學(xué)校教育轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)代開放的校企合作辦學(xué)模式,工學(xué)結(jié)合已成為高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式改革的重要切入點(diǎn)。但是,要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一培養(yǎng)模式,課程改革是關(guān)鍵。高職教育與普通高等教育的類別特征及與中等職業(yè)教育的層次區(qū)別,也集中反映在其課程體系與課程內(nèi)容之中。正如姜大源先生所說,想實(shí)現(xiàn)工學(xué)結(jié)合,而又不對(duì)課程進(jìn)行改革,那么只能是鏡花水月。課程始終是職業(yè)教育和教學(xué)改革的核心。事實(shí)證明,沒有課程改革的教育改革一定是一場不徹底的、沒有深度的,因而也不可能有實(shí)質(zhì)性突破的改革。正因?yàn)槿绱?,中國高職教育整體的改革步伐始終伴隨著三次課程改革的浪潮。第一次浪潮為20世紀(jì)80年代中后期至90年代初期,課程改革重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)建設(shè)學(xué)科體系和實(shí)踐體系雙軌制的課程體系;第二次浪潮為20世紀(jì)90年代中后期至21世紀(jì)初,課程改革重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)建設(shè)能力本位的模塊化高職教育的課程體系;第三次浪潮為2006年以后,開始探索構(gòu)建基于工作過程系統(tǒng)化和項(xiàng)目化的行動(dòng)導(dǎo)向的課程體系。國家示范性高職院校建設(shè)計(jì)劃和國家精品課程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目以及國家高職名師的評(píng)選計(jì)劃的實(shí)施,標(biāo)志著我國高職教育發(fā)展正式轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)涵建設(shè)。目前,高職教育課程模式由單一走向多元,從封閉走向開放,以產(chǎn)業(yè)、行業(yè)、企業(yè)、職業(yè)、實(shí)踐要素以及其工作過程系統(tǒng)化為基礎(chǔ),以真實(shí)的工作任務(wù)或產(chǎn)品為載體來對(duì)課程進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì),將行業(yè)、企業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與通用權(quán)威的職業(yè)資格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)引進(jìn)課程,初步形成了職業(yè)實(shí)踐導(dǎo)向的高職教育課程體系。伴隨著三次課程改革浪潮,高職教材建設(shè)也開展得如火如荼?;趯?shí)踐本位理念的、基于能力本位理念的以及基于工作過程導(dǎo)向理念的各種形式的高職教材相繼而出。盡管如此,但整體而言,作為高職院?;窘ㄔO(shè)之一的教材建設(shè),仍然滯后于高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的步伐,以至于許多高職院校的學(xué)生缺乏適用的教材。

內(nèi)容概要

本書基于工作任務(wù)及任務(wù)情景來設(shè)計(jì)單元教學(xué)模塊,以涉外導(dǎo)游工作對(duì)英語的需求以及旅游主要環(huán)節(jié)的時(shí)間順序和邏輯關(guān)系為主線,比較全面地介紹了涉外旅游工作的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),包括旅游預(yù)定、入境及接站、酒店入住、客房服務(wù)、餐飲服務(wù)、導(dǎo)游服務(wù)、城市觀光、送站及離境、投訴處理等,同時(shí)還涉及旅游常識(shí)、自然景觀、人文景觀、飲食文化、跨文化交際等諸多方面的知識(shí)。  本書不僅可作為旅游專業(yè)的教材,也可作為旅行社導(dǎo)游的工作手冊(cè),同時(shí)對(duì)非旅游專業(yè)的學(xué)生或喜愛英語語言學(xué)習(xí)的人員來說,《實(shí)用旅游英語》亦能幫助他們拓寬知識(shí)面,增強(qiáng)交際能力。
