本套聽說教材《輕松聽 輕松說——中國科學(xué)院研究生英語聽說教程》分為上下兩冊，其構(gòu)思早在數(shù)年前已開始醞釀，目的是要提高學(xué)生實際運用英語的能力。在編寫中貫徹了以學(xué)習(xí)者為中心的教學(xué)理念和交際法教學(xué)，聽說結(jié)合，上冊著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的會話功能，下冊著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生表達(dá)話題的能力。    聽說教材《輕松聽 輕松說——中國科學(xué)院研究生英語聽說教程》下冊以話題為主線，提供了15個日常生活中常見的話題，著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生表達(dá)自己觀點和態(tài)度的能力，同樣提供了多種練習(xí)形式。突出聽與說的結(jié)合，語言與文化的結(jié)合，并在教參中提供了大量的背景知識和用來討論的問題，以便師生開闊思路，展開討論。
