前言

　　大學(xué)英語四級(jí)網(wǎng)考的英語全稱為Internet-Based College English Test Band4，我們簡稱為四級(jí)網(wǎng)考。四級(jí)網(wǎng)考始于2008年12月全國50所高校的網(wǎng)考試考，到今天已經(jīng)有兩個(gè)年頭了。從網(wǎng)考試點(diǎn)開始，市面上鮮有關(guān)于網(wǎng)考內(nèi)容和考試方式的資料。許多想進(jìn)行網(wǎng)考的學(xué)生比較迷茫，不知道如何進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)和備戰(zhàn)?！　∑鋵?shí)四級(jí)網(wǎng)考和托福網(wǎng)考在考試形式上有許多相似之處，可以說是四級(jí)考試的一場革命，也是今后四級(jí)考試的方向。2006年5月新托福，即托福網(wǎng)絡(luò)考試登陸中國。從2005年開始，大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試成績采用滿分710分的記分制。2006年6月開始試點(diǎn)的新題型中，聽力部分從以前的20％上升到35％。四級(jí)網(wǎng)考后，增加了說的部分，口語分值占10％，實(shí)際聽力分值占40％。由于寫作的難度加大，將聽力內(nèi)容介入到寫作內(nèi)容，也可以將分值提高到55％。也就是說，聽說的分值上升到65％，即視聽理解25％，聽力綜合40％。

　　Before the nineteenth century, scientists with an interest in the sea were fewand far between.
