郭柏靈論文集（第6卷）

內(nèi)容概要

郭老師1936年生于福建省龍巖市新羅區(qū)龍門鎮(zhèn)，1953年從福建省龍巖市第一中學(xué)考入復(fù)旦大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系，畢業(yè)后留校工作。l963年，郭老師服從祖國(guó)的需要，從復(fù)旦大學(xué)調(diào)入北京應(yīng)用物理與計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)研究所，從事核武器研制中有關(guān)的數(shù)學(xué)、流體力學(xué)問(wèn)題及其數(shù)值方法研究和數(shù)值計(jì)算工作。他全力以赴地做好了這項(xiàng)工作，為我國(guó)核武器的發(fā)展做出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)。1978年改革開(kāi)放以后，他又在非線性發(fā)展方程數(shù)學(xué)理論及其數(shù)值方法領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展研究工作，現(xiàn)為該所研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師，中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士。迄今他共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文300余篇、專著9部，1987年獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)三等獎(jiǎng)，1994年和l998年兩度獲得國(guó)防科工委科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)，為我國(guó)的國(guó)防建設(shè)與人才培養(yǎng)作出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)?！　　豆仂`論文集》按照郭老師在不同時(shí)期所從事的研究領(lǐng)域，分成多卷出版。文集中所搜集的都是郭老師正式發(fā)表過(guò)的學(xué)術(shù)成果。把這些成果整理成集出版，不僅系統(tǒng)地反映了他的科研成就，更重要的是對(duì)于從事這方面學(xué)習(xí)、研究的學(xué)者無(wú)疑大有裨益。

近年來(lái)，在郭柏靈先生的支持和幫助下，華南理工大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院面貌發(fā)生了可喜變化。學(xué)院引進(jìn)了一批青年教授和優(yōu)秀博士，教學(xué)、科研水平大大提高；學(xué)院多次召開(kāi)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)，加強(qiáng)了學(xué)術(shù)交流，擴(kuò)大了學(xué)術(shù)影響；2005年獲得應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)博士點(diǎn)、數(shù)學(xué)碩士一級(jí)學(xué)科。郭柏靈先生還舉薦多位杰出的專家教授來(lái)我校做客座教授，推薦我校青年教師到香港、北京學(xué)習(xí)訪問(wèn)，為我校青年教師的培養(yǎng)作出了很大貢獻(xiàn)。2006年《郭柏靈論文集》前三卷正式出版，內(nèi)容涵蓋了郭柏靈先生及其合作者1995年以前的工作，受到國(guó)內(nèi)外同行廣泛關(guān)注?，F(xiàn)在，文集出版到第六卷，所收錄的論文截止到2004年?！豆仂`論文集》的出版得到華南理工大學(xué)、北京應(yīng)用物理與計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)研究所苗長(zhǎng)興研究員、廈門大學(xué)譚紹濱教授的大力資助。文集的出版過(guò)程得到李元元校長(zhǎng)、范家巧社長(zhǎng)、吳敏院長(zhǎng)的關(guān)心和支持，還得到華南理工大學(xué)出版社潘宜玲副社長(zhǎng)、喬麗副總編的幫助，我們?cè)诖吮硎局孕母兄x。華南師范大學(xué)丁時(shí)進(jìn)教授、中山大學(xué)殷朝陽(yáng)教授、廣州大學(xué)尚亞?wèn)|教授、北京應(yīng)用物理與計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)研究所孔令海博士和蒲學(xué)科博士、華南理工大學(xué)劉正榮教授和唐民英副教授等人對(duì)論文的搜集整理給予了極大幫助，華南理工大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)科學(xué)學(xué)院偏微分方程方向的研究生在校對(duì)過(guò)程中也付出了辛勤勞動(dòng)，在此一并表示衷心感謝。
