憲法與行政法-用英文說中國(guó)法律

內(nèi)容概要

如果說我國(guó)過去學(xué)習(xí)法律英語(yǔ)的主要目的是學(xué)習(xí)外國(guó)的法律制度和法學(xué)知識(shí)，那么我們現(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)法律英語(yǔ)的目的就必須兼顧向外國(guó)人介紹中國(guó)的法律制度和法學(xué)知識(shí)的需要。而且，這項(xiàng)任務(wù)肯定會(huì)越來越重要。這是中國(guó)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)法律英語(yǔ)的時(shí)候就應(yīng)該考慮到的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。正是在這個(gè)意義上，我認(rèn)為中國(guó)法制出版社的編輯們作了一件很有意義的事情——她們編輯出版的這套《法學(xué)雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)中英對(duì)照法規(guī)系列》為中國(guó)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)法律英語(yǔ)的時(shí)候掌握中國(guó)法律術(shù)語(yǔ)的英文對(duì)照詞匯提供了一條便捷的路徑，而且是一條“雙行線”——學(xué)生們?cè)趯W(xué)習(xí)法律英語(yǔ)的時(shí)候同時(shí)掌握了雙向交流的技能。
