作者簡(jiǎn)介
卡羅爾·M.萊曼,密西西比州立大學(xué)管理與信息系統(tǒng)系教授。她有25年的商務(wù)溝通教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),講授組織溝通、多媒體展示與溝通課程。1984年從阿肯色州立大學(xué)獲得教育學(xué)博士學(xué)位。在《商務(wù)溝通季刊》、《得克薩斯商務(wù)與技術(shù)教育者學(xué)會(huì)》、《商務(wù)與培訓(xùn)教育雜志》、《當(dāng)代廣告學(xué)問(wèn)題與研究雜志》等刊物發(fā)表大量學(xué)術(shù)論文。她還擔(dān)任密西西比州立大學(xué)教育技術(shù)理事會(huì)委員。2008年她獲得了麥格勞一希爾/愛(ài)爾文西南地區(qū)商務(wù)溝通學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議杰出論文獎(jiǎng)。她和達(dá)弗林博士共同獲得了由Meada
