  •   但是有一些食材中國(guó)是很難找到的,或者質(zhì)量很差.但是這本書本身介紹的內(nèi)容還算比較真實(shí)正宗. 雖然有些tapas不全是西班牙的,有很多fusion
  •   英文雖能看懂,但是沒有詳細(xì)的制作圖片。而且菜的花樣不覺得很誘人。有些做法還不如中式做法吃好/多樣,比如海鮮類的。
