內(nèi)容概要

　　《中國至2050年重大科技基礎(chǔ)設施發(fā)展路線圖》在分析國際重大科技基礎(chǔ)設施發(fā)展態(tài)勢的基礎(chǔ)上，從中國科學技術(shù)以及經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展對重大科技基礎(chǔ)設施的需求出發(fā)，理清至2050年我國重大科技基礎(chǔ)設施發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想、部署、布局和分階段目標，分析各重點領(lǐng)域各階段重大科技基礎(chǔ)設施發(fā)展的主要方向及可能或必須突破的重大科學技術(shù)問題，描繪了粒子物理、核物理、核能源；天文與空間科學；多學科研究平臺；生命科學與生物技術(shù)；資源環(huán)境與生態(tài)；高技術(shù)及其他重點領(lǐng)域重大科技基礎(chǔ)設施的發(fā)展路線圖，并提出了一些為實現(xiàn)發(fā)展目標所需要的體制、資源、人才等方面的政策建議。
