內(nèi)容概要

中國加入了世界貿(mào)易組織，2008年奧運(yùn)會將在北京舉行。中國人使用英語，特別是商務(wù)英語的機(jī)會驟然增多。    10多年來，本人長期在廣西的國有外貿(mào)公司從事國際貿(mào)易工作，在工作實(shí)踐中積累了一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。為了幫助廣大外貿(mào)工作者和在校大學(xué)生（主要是高等職業(yè)學(xué)院的學(xué)生）學(xué)習(xí)國際貿(mào)易知識，特別是學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)國際貿(mào)易的專業(yè)英語，本人用業(yè)余時間寫成了此書。此書也可以作為大專院校國際貿(mào)易課程雙語教學(xué)用書。全書分為合同條款、洽談合同、履行合同和后續(xù)工作四大部分。凡13章，250多頁。
