內(nèi)容概要

本書根據(jù)原國家教委1996年審定的《高等學(xué)校大學(xué)英語專業(yè)閱讀階段教學(xué)基本要求》的精神，結(jié)合十多年來的專業(yè)英語教學(xué)實(shí)踐，在原有講義基礎(chǔ)上編寫而成。內(nèi)容范圍涉及能源動力類學(xué)科各相關(guān)專業(yè)。作為專業(yè)英語閱讀階段的教材，著重選編了介紹本學(xué)科各主要分支的學(xué)術(shù)熱點(diǎn)材料，同時也選擇了一些敘述學(xué)科發(fā)展前沿和趨勢的英文讀物，共40個單元。每單元包括課文、詞匯、注解和練習(xí)四個部分。本書可供高等學(xué)校能源動力類學(xué)科各相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)生作為專業(yè)英語閱讀的教材，也可供相關(guān)專業(yè)研究生、教師和科技人員參考。
