內(nèi)容概要

本書根據(jù)原國家教委1996年審定的《高等學校大學英語專業(yè)閱讀階段教學基本要求》的精神，結合十多年來的專業(yè)英語教學實踐，在原有講義基礎上編寫而成。內(nèi)容范圍涉及能源動力類學科各相關專業(yè)。作為專業(yè)英語閱讀階段的教材，著重選編了介紹本學科各主要分支的學術熱點材料，同時也選擇了一些敘述學科發(fā)展前沿和趨勢的英文讀物，共40個單元。每單元包括課文、詞匯、注解和練習四個部分。本書可供高等學校能源動力類學科各相關專業(yè)大學生作為專業(yè)英語閱讀的教材，也可供相關專業(yè)研究生、教師和科技人員參考。
