內(nèi)容概要

本教材的內(nèi)容覆蓋了機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化專業(yè)的基本內(nèi)容。各單元之間，既有一定的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系又獨立成章，可根據(jù)不同學時數(shù)靈活選用。第二版保留了第一版的風格，對部分內(nèi)容作了更換與調(diào)整，增加了如模具設(shè)計與制造、過程控制系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測、精益制造等內(nèi)容，使教材適應(yīng)性更廣，也更加通俗易懂。    本教材共分為三部分（Part），30個單元（Unit）。第一部分為機械設(shè)計與制造的基本知識，包括金屬材料、非金屬材料、材料的機械性能、選材、制造工藝、加工設(shè)備、數(shù)控機床、化工機器、熱力學、流體力學、機械及機械零件設(shè)計等。第二部分為自動控制的基本知識，其中包括控制原理、控制系統(tǒng)類型、反饋控制原理、信號轉(zhuǎn)換、測量系統(tǒng)等。第三部分為現(xiàn)代先進制造技術(shù)，主要介紹計算機技術(shù)、機電一體化、計算機數(shù)控、機器人、計算機輔助制造、柔性制造系統(tǒng)、計算機集成制造、自動組裝、質(zhì)量保證與控制、虛擬制造、敏捷制造、綠色產(chǎn)品制造等。    本教材可供機械工程及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科生使用，也可作為同等程度的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員的自學教材。
