內(nèi)容概要

本書為全國(guó)首部且唯一以全英文、全景式講述中國(guó)法律的新型教材，以推動(dòng)法學(xué)專業(yè)的雙語教學(xué)為指導(dǎo)思想和基本思路。本書入選普通高等教育“十一五”國(guó)家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材，并獲得司法部第二屆全國(guó)法學(xué)教材與科研成果獎(jiǎng)優(yōu)秀作品獎(jiǎng)。    全書緊扣現(xiàn)行部門法的邏輯體系，涵蓋憲法、民法、商法、刑法、程序法、國(guó)際法等，以十六章之篇幅勾勒出中國(guó)現(xiàn)行法律體系和基本制度，并反映我國(guó)立法的新發(fā)展。作者在體例結(jié)構(gòu)、觀點(diǎn)闡述等方面均有大膽創(chuàng)新，設(shè)計(jì)并使用了162個(gè)圖表，化繁為簡(jiǎn)，啟發(fā)橫向比較研究。每章后配有法律術(shù)語和注釋及練習(xí)題和參考答案，以滿足教學(xué)之需。

作者簡(jiǎn)介

朱羿錕，博士，暨南大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、副院長(zhǎng)，兼任廣東省人大常委會(huì)立法顧問、廣東省人民檢察院專家委員會(huì)成員、中國(guó)法學(xué)會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)法研究會(huì)理事、英國(guó)行政管理協(xié)會(huì)資深會(huì)員，掛職任廣東省東莞市人民檢察院副檢察長(zhǎng)。
    主持和完成國(guó)家和省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目12項(xiàng)，其中
